A wonderful upgrade that I needed

Such a great upgrade from what I had before. Back of it came out easy to set it up on a mounted 2 monitor holder. The one it came with is fine, just a bit heavy due to it being sturdy. Games look fantastic and now I just need to upgrade my GPU so I can take advantage of how great some of my games look. Tried to upload an image but the website is not allowing it to let me submit the review after.

Great monitor on paper, QC issues in practice

This monitor checks off all the boxes for what I wanted, but I couldn't live with the non-uniform colors, so I will be returning this monitor. For just gaming, the poor viewing angles and non-uniform colors isn't an issue since they'll be hidden within the games scenes and other elements. However, I also wanted this monitor for productivity. This monitor comes with a KVM switch after all. When browsing the internet and programming, the color shift is noticable and distracting. I will probably get a different monitor after returning this one to avoid another panel issue as it seems pretty common for this model.

Pros: - Bright display, vibrant colors - Easy to use OSD - Convenient KVM switch - KVM is able to handle keyboard, mouse, audio, and power delivery for laptop - Monitor power light can be turn off

Cons: - Poor viewing angles - Non-uniform colors (reddish hue on the right edge of the screen and 1/3 of the way from the left edge of the screen) - The eco and standard color options are over saturated. I ended up switching to the srgb mode which resolved the issue, but that somewhat defeats the benefits of the QD filter. - The KVM switch is a little finicky. I think the monitor tries to check if there is an output before switching, so I need to open my laptop and make sure it is awake.

Came with defects that appear to be pressure marks.

The monitor itself is pretty nice, but for 200 (on sale) I would expect the behind the scenes quality to be at least a little better. There are some pressure marks (not caused by me) one of which is pretty apparent. It's not the end of the world, but there's also nothing I can do about it. I checked the reviews on the other marketplace (the one with rufus) since there are none here and it has more reports of some form of damage than not. Some people had it much worse. Unfortunately this is NewEgg and getting a replacement is pretty much impossible so I have to get used to it for the foreseeable future. Most of the time it is fine when gaming and only stands out on solid colors, but every now and again it's there in gaming too, now that I know it's there. It took me a week to realize it was there because of that. For that reason, I don't think you should touch this. Especially with how hard it is to get it resolved, and if you DO get it, KEEP THE BOX, they ask for it... I don't have mine because I did not notice a problem until I looked for one.
