These terms govern your use of https://gamerigco.com and any purchase you make from GameRigCo (“GRC”, “we”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. Shipping options and charges (Free Shipping (3–5 business days) · Priority Shipping $9.90 (1–2 business days)) are shown before you pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal; payment is captured when the order is placed. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated and have no cash value.
Shipping, risk and title
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product information
We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors vary between screens and small variations are normal for handmade or natural materials. We may correct errors and change products or prices without notice.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, no interfering with its operation, no fraudulent orders, and no posting of unlawful or infringing content in reviews.
Reviews and submissions
By submitting a review, photo or comment you grant GRC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the store. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, images and trademarks belong to GRC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Warranties and liability
Each product is covered by its brand manufacturer’s warranty. The term, what is covered, and how to make a claim are set by that manufacturer. Except as expressly stated on a product page, products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first at [email protected]; most issues are resolved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
